General information about accommodation, catering and transportation
When staying at one of the Kronborg Cup's accommodation facilities (school, hotel, holiday village and hostel), the price includes full board (dinner on Friday, three meals on Saturday and breakfast and lunch on Sunday). Lunch is enjoyed at the venue and other meals at the accommodation.
Arrival at Kronborg Cup accommodation can take place no earlier than 12:00 on Friday, August 9.
Safety and compensation
Remember to be considerate of each other. It creates the best experience for everyone.
The managers of each team are responsible for all "own" players during the Kronborg Cup. At least one responsible manager over the age of 18 must live with the players.
Those accommodated are liable to pay compensation for any damage caused.
Storage of valuables etc. in the accommodation premises is at your own risk, and Kronborg Cup is not liable for stolen items - it is the participants' own responsibility to take care of the items and to supervise them.
Violation of the rules at any of the accommodations (applies to all accommodations) may result in exclusion from the tournament and expulsion. In case of expulsion, the deposit will not be refunded.
Pre-arrival registration
In order to give all participants the best experience during Kronborg Cup, it is important that we get your help to register your information online:
- total number of people per team,
- information if the team is responsible for transportation during Kronborg Cup or wishes to purchase bus transportation for DKK 175,- per person
- information if any of the participants have allergies in relation to the catering.
Handing out food tickets and t-shirts
Food tickets and t-shirts will be handed out at Kulturhavnen during the opening event from 14:00 to 20:00 on the square. The following will be handed out:
- Food and drink tokens for Friday - one token of each per person who has purchased catering
- Food and drink tickets for Saturday and Sunday at the venue (one of each for Saturday and one of each for Sunday).
- Kronborg Cup ADIDAS player jersey (check if the size fits - exchanges can only be made on Friday on site between 14:00 and 20:00).
Red wristband - Catering and purchase of bus transportation on Saturday and Sunday.
White bracelet - Catering at school or in Helsingør Ferieby.
Wristbands must be worn clearly throughout the Kronborg Cup.

School accommodation
Below you will find information about school accommodation in your own classroom or sports hall.
Sleeping mat and sleeping bag:Participants must bring their own sleeping mat and sleeping bag.
Arrival:Upon arrival from 12:00, you will receive information material and safety instructions.
General information about the school, bus stop, catering and clarification of questions about your stay at the school.
Locking down the classroom:Kronborg Cup has guards to lock and unlock the premises when you arrive or leave the school, but it is your responsibility to ensure this.
Room delivery:Pack your luggage/items and clear the room no later than Sunday at 12.00.
It is the team's responsibility to clean their own room, shared room and common areas. All waste must be thrown away in garbage bags.
You can store your luggage at the school (if you do not take it with you in the cars) in the luggage area at the school.
Tables and chairs must be set up as on arrival - Security has a picture of the table arrangements.
You must "DELIVER" the room to the guards.
IF THE ROOM IS NOT HANDED OVER ACCORDING TO THE RULES, THE DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE RETURNED.

All accommodated participants will have the best experience if they shower and change at the accommodation locations. This way there will be more space in the changing rooms at the venues.

Which school should you stay at?
In Cup Manager My Team you can see where you will be staying.
The team leader is responsible for the behavior of the participants and compliance with applicable rules.
It is forbidden to bring alcohol onto school premises.
Smoking and the use of open flames are strictly prohibited on school premises.
No access to the schools in soccer boots.
Football may not be played indoors or in the school yard - it may be played on the school's sports facilities.
Waste must be placed in the waste bags provided.
The school must be quiet between 23:00 and 06:00.
All participants must comply with the duty manager on duty at the school
Open windows must not be present when leaving the dormitories.
All persons staying in the dormitories must wear the Kronborg Cup wristband provided in order to comply with the requirements of the fire authorities regarding the number of persons in the schools.
Violation of the above rules may result in exclusion from the tournament and expulsion.
Accommodation in Helsingør Ferieby

Arrival:
Arrival Friday (check in from 12:00) access to cabins from 15:00.
Departure:
Departure Sunday afternoon - cabins must be vacated Sunday no later than 17.30.
Password:
Access codes for the cabins are sent (by email) to the contact person a few days before arrival - Code is only active from Friday at 15.00.
Cleaning/consumption:
Stay includes cleaning and consumption - electricity and water.
Bed linen/towels:

Arrival and check-in:
Arrival at Helsingør Vandrerhjem from Friday at 12.00. Check in on Friday at 15.00.
Rooms:
The distribution of rooms will be announced upon arrival at the hostel.

Deposit
A deposit of DKK 1,500 per team is required when booking accommodation - this applies to all types of accommodation. The deposit will be refunded if the accommodation is returned correctly and in good condition. At the schools, chairs and tables must be placed in the same way as on arrival, as the rooms will be used for teaching the following day.
