Between 3,000 and 4,000 children and teenagers, along with coaches, leaders, and parents, helped make Friday afternoon and evening a fantastic day filled with many wonderful memories and experiences.

And so the 2025 Kronborg Cup kicked off. In a sun-drenched Helsingør, there was a lively and joyful atmosphere with plenty of activities, fun, and camaraderie at Helsingør Kulturhavn.

Kronborg El hosted the Kronborg El Cup, a soccer tournament for children ages 5–6. DBU Sjælland brought along its large fan zone, and together with a host of other activities, they set the stage for a fantastic afternoon.

The opening event concluded with a grand march through downtown Helsingør. True to tradition, the procession through the streets of Helsingør featured chants, club banners, and high spirits. So if the locals and tourists in town didn’t know it was Kronborg Cup weekend—well, they certainly had no doubt about it anymore.
