Series and vintages

To ensure that the tournament is conducted as fairly as possible, it is very important that teams register in the division and at the level that corresponds to their strength.

The tournament organizers reserve the right to move registered teams up or down a division.

As far as possible, the divisions will be organized into preliminary group stages of 4 teams each, followed by a knockout stage divided by skill level (A: Nos. 1–4; B: Nos. 5–8; C: Nos. 9–12; D: Nos. 13–16).

The following divisions/age groups will compete in the 2026 Kronborg Cup:

Based on past experience, there are many entries in these divisions for Levels B and C. If at least 20 teams enter these divisions, an A playoff for all first-place teams and a B playoff for all second-place teams will be held on Sunday. In both playoffs, trophies will be awarded to the winners of the A and B playoffs, as well as medals to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-place finishers. The teams that finish in 3rd or 4th place in the preliminary pools in these divisions will play qualification and placement matches on Sunday.

* Kronborg El Cup for the very youngest—the matches will be held on Friday, August 7, as part of the opening event.
