Fair Play Project

"Soccer should be fun—for everyone"
The Fair Play project organized by the Kronborg Cup aims to create a better environment for everyone, both on and off the field.
Together—players, coaches, parents, referees, and spectators—we will ensure that the Kronborg Cup is conducted in a positive, fair, supportive, and friendly manner.
Kronborg Cup Fair Play Guidelines
During the Kronborg Cup, you’ll find guidelines displayed on signs at all venues. These signs feature short but important messages. They are meant to remind players, coaches, team leaders, spectators, and volunteers of what’s important both on and off the field.
Soccer is a team sport and just a game—play by the rules—both on and off the field.
The referees and coaches are volunteers.
Parents and coaches are role models and must act accordingly.
Words and actions matter—threatening behavior and discrimination—everyone has a responsibility.
Soccer is about victory, defeat, joy, and disappointment—there should be room for emotions, but show respect for one another.
Focus on Fair Play
To uphold Fair Play, we believe it is important that there are always people on site to observe and report.
During the Kronborg Cup, there will be volunteers at every venue to support and encourage players, coaches, referees, and spectators to act in the spirit of Fair Play.
