Kronborg Cup is played according to the rules of the Football Act/FIFA with the following additions:
- A player may only have one team card.
- A time-limited expulsion of 5 minutes is applied. instead of warnings.
- There is free substitution in all ranks among the allowed number of players.
- The conference office decides on the length of the ban after direct red cards, the decision cannot be appealed.
NOTE: Should thunderstorms or other weather-like situations occur during the Kronborg Cup that make it impossible or unsafe to play football, it is up to the local tournament management to decide how the tournament will be played.
Kronborg Cup generally follows DBU Zealand's exemption regulations etc.
As a general rule, no more than two "too old" players may be used per match, but there is a possibility of exemption for a few players per team.
Dispensation or dispensation rules must be documented for the tournament management (photo identification).
Exemptions must be applied for no later than August 2, 2024 to: info@kronborgcup.dk
Names of players or other information regarding "Other Exemptions" will be published and all players must be able to identify themselves by passport or other valid photo identification during the tournament - a copy of proof will suffice.
