General Information on Accommodations, Meals, and Transportation
If you are staying at one of the Kronborg Cup’s accommodations (school, hotel, resort, or hostel), the price includes full board (dinner on Friday, three meals on Saturday, and breakfast and lunch on Sunday). Lunch is served at the venue, and the other meals are served at your accommodation.
The earliest time to check in at your accommodations during the Kronborg Cup is Friday, August 7, at 12:00 p.m.
Safety and Compensation
Remember to be considerate of one another. That creates the best experience for everyone.
The coaches of each team are responsible for all of their “own” players during the Kronborg Cup. At least one responsible coach over the age of 18 must stay with the players.
Guests are liable for any damage they may cause.
Participants are responsible for storing their valuables and other personal belongings in the accommodations at their own risk, and Kronborg Cup is not liable for any stolen items—it is the participants’ own responsibility to take care of their belongings and keep an eye on them.
Violation of the rules at any of the accommodations (applies to all accommodations) may result in disqualification from the tournament and expulsion. In the event of expulsion, the deposit will not be refunded.
Check-in Before Arrival
To ensure that all participants have the best possible experience at the Kronborg Cup, it is important that you help us by registering the following information online:
- total number of people per team,
- Information on whether the team will arrange its own transportation during the Kronborg Cup or would like to purchase bus transportation for 309 DKK per person, including a 3% administration fee
- Information about whether any of the participants have allergies related to the meals.
Distribution of meal tickets
Food and drink tokens for Friday—one of each per person who has purchased meals—will be distributed at Kulturhavnen during the opening event from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on the grounds.
Meal tickets for Saturday and Sunday will be distributed upon check-in at the schools
- Food and drink tickets for Saturday and Sunday at the venue (one of each for Saturday and one of each for Sunday).
Red Wristband – Meals and bus transportation on Saturday and Sunday.
White wristband – Meals at school or at Helsingør Ferieby.
Wristbands must be worn visibly throughout the Kronborg Cup.

On-campus housing
Below you will find information about on-campus housing in your own classroom or in the gym.
Sleeping pad and sleeping bag:Participants must bring their own sleeping pad and sleeping bag.
Arrival:Upon arrival at 12:00 p.m., you will receive informational materials and safety instructions.
General information about the school, the bus stop, meals, and answers to questions about your stay at the school.
Locking the classroom:The Kronborg Cup has security guards to lock the rooms when you arrive or leave the school, but it is your own responsibility to ensure this is done.
Handover of the premises:Please pack your luggage/belongings and clear out the room by Sunday at 12:00 p.m. at the latest.
It is the team’s responsibility to clean their own room, the common room, and the common areas. All trash must be placed in trash bags.
You can store your luggage at the school (if you are not taking it with you in your cars) in the school’s luggage storage area.
Tables and chairs must be arranged as they were upon arrival—the security guards have photos of the table layouts.
You must “HAND OVER” the room to the security guards.
IF THE ROOM IS NOT HANDED OVER ACCORDING TO THE RULES, THE DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

Changing Rooms and Showers:
All participants staying at accommodations will have the best experience if they shower and change at their accommodations. This will free up space in the changing rooms at the venues.

Which school will you be staying at?
In Cup Manager: My Team, you'll see where you'll be staying overnight.
The team leader is responsible for the participants’ behavior and compliance with applicable rules.
Bringing alcohol onto school grounds is prohibited.
Smoking and the use of open flames are strictly prohibited on school grounds.
No one is allowed on school grounds wearing soccer cleats.
Soccer may not be played indoors or in the schoolyard—it may only be played at the school’s sports facilities.
Trash must be placed in the designated trash bags.
Quiet hours are in effect at the school from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
All participants must follow the instructions of the supervisor on duty at the school.
Windows must not be left open when leaving the sleeping quarters.
All guests must wear the Kronborg Cup wristband provided to comply with fire department requirements regarding headcounts at the schools.
Violation of the above rules may result in disqualification from the tournament and expulsion.
Accommodations in Helsingør Ferieby
Below you will find information about accommodations in Helsingør Ferieby.
Arrival:
Arrival on Friday (check-in from 12:00 p.m.); access to the cabins from 3:00 p.m.
Departure:
Departure on Sunday afternoon—cabin check-out is no later than 5:30 p.m. on Sunday.
Access code:
Access codes for the cabins will be sent (via email) to the contact person a few days before arrival—the code will not be active until Friday at 3:00 PM.
Cleaning/utilities:
The stay includes cleaning and utilities—electricity and water.
Bed linens/towels:
Can be rented for a fee (or brought from home).

Accommodations at the Helsingør Hostel

Arrival and Check-In: Arrival at Helsingør Hostel starting Friday at 12:00 p.m. Check-in to the rooms on Friday at 3:00 p.m.
Rooms: Room assignments will be announced upon arrival at the hostel.

Security Deposit
A deposit of 1,575 kr. (which includes a 5% administration fee) must be paid per group when booking accommodations—this applies to all types of accommodations. The deposit will be refunded if the accommodation is left in good order and in proper condition. At schools, chairs and tables must be arranged exactly as they were upon arrival, as the rooms will be used for classes the following day.
