A healthy diet is essential for a great soccer tournament!
At the Kronborg Cup, our "healthy concept" places a consistent focus on healthy eating. This means that no candy or fried foods are sold at the Kronborg Cup stands—only healthy and nutritious food and drinks.
Meals during the overnight stay follow a healthy eating plan. This sets us apart from other soccer tournaments, but there’s a good reason for it.
All of this is designed to create the best possible environment for young soccer players, so they can perform at their best while channeling their energy in a healthy way. All seven venues offer a variety of food options (including vegetarian and pork-free choices) and beverages at reasonable prices.

For guests staying at one of the Kronborg Cup’s accommodations (school, hotel, resort, or hostel), the price includes full board (dinner on Friday, three meals on Saturday (does not apply to Marienlyst Strandhotel), and breakfast and lunch on Sunday). Lunch is served at the venue, and the other meals are served at the accommodation.

NOTE: The admission pass for dining is a RED or WHITE wristband.
The Kronborg Cup also serves meals for people with allergies. Alternatives are available for players, coaches, and managers with allergies, both at the lodging facilities and at the competition venues.
Note: Be sure to request special dietary arrangements (e.g., allergies to gluten, lactose, or other food allergies) when you register your team and accommodations, and be sure to mention this when you are served meals at your lodging and the venue! This information must be entered into the registration system under "My Team/Account."
At your accommodations and event venues, please contact the person in charge of meals to receive your food, or to find out if there are any foods you cannot eat. This applies to meals for people with gluten allergies, lactose intolerance, or nut allergies. All facilities and accommodations offer meals that do not contain pork.
