We’ve participated in the Kronborg Cup for the past two years, and this tournament has now become our annual tradition for all players.

The big opening event is something the boys definitely remember and talk about—a fun day with lots of activities and, in particular, meeting “Brizze,” the concert with Bro, and the communal meal at the big Food Market was a hit—having the choice between so many different dishes (the same goes for lunch at the venues) is something I haven’t experienced at other tournaments.

From the boys’ perspective, it’s also great that they get to face teams from other countries; it always adds a little extra excitement and motivation.

As a coach with a lot of boys staying overnight, it’s important that the venues and meals are well organized and that we’re staying relatively close to where we’re playing. All three of these “criteria” have worked absolutely flawlessly.

home Løgstrup & Thomsen has been a proud sponsor of the Kronborg Cup for several years, and it’s been a real celebration every year. It’s always a fantastic event, and we usually attend and participate on opening day. 

For the past two years, we’ve teamed up with Danske Bank to set up a shooting tent for the day, where people of all ages could have the speed of their soccer kicks measured, with prizes for the best performers. In addition to all the happy participants, it’s always a pleasure to see all the familiar and cheerful local faces.
