📍 Kulturværftet, Allégade 2, 3000 Helsingør
The Shipyard Museum is dedicated to the time when the city's shipyard built ships and the working class grew. Helsingør Værftsmuseum is the story of toil, noise, dirt, pride and unity in a bygone era when the shipyard whistle ruled the town. Economically, employably, socially, culturally and politically, the shipyard was the natural focal point.
Groups can come outside opening hours by appointment. A guided tour with a former shipyard worker costs DKK 600 for groups up to 10 people and DKK 800 for groups larger than 10 people. Entrance fees are included in the price.
The Dockyard Museum has a small shop where you can buy books, postcards and films about the Dockyard.
