Group soccer trips are a fantastic opportunity to strengthen team spirit and camaraderie both within your team and across teams in your club. The Kronborg Cup offers several excellent, high-quality lodging options to suit your preferences, as well as full board from Friday evening through Sunday at noon. The Kronborg Cup has everything in place for your team’s weekend trip.

Full board for overnight guests
If you are staying at one of the Kronborg Cup’s accommodations (school, hotel, resort, or hostel), the price includes full board (dinner on Friday, three meals on Saturday (does not apply to Marienlyst Strandhotel), and breakfast and lunch on Sunday). Lunch is served at the venue, and all other meals are served at your accommodation.
Booking Accommodations
You can book accommodations during the online registration process. If you are a parent or spectator, please send an email to info@kronborgcup.dk to make a reservation.
Security Deposit
A deposit of 1,500 kr. per reservation is required when booking accommodations—this applies to all types of accommodations. The deposit will be refunded if the accommodation is returned in good order and in proper condition.

Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy
Payment deadline for all types of accommodations:
Payment is due no later than Monday, May 31, 2025.
Cancellation
Cancellations are free of charge until May 18, 2025. If you cancel after May 18, no refund of any kind will be issued.
General Information About Accommodations
To ensure that all participants have the best possible experience during the Kronborg Cup, it is important that you provide your details, including the total number of people per team, whether the team will arrange its own transportation during the Kronborg Cup or wishes to purchase bus transportation, and any allergy information regarding meals.
At least one responsible adult over the age of 18 must live with the players.

Where and when can we find out which school we'll be staying at?
In the "My Team" link, you can see which school you'll be staying at no later than 14 days before the Kronborg Cup.n
When does the lodging open on Friday?
"Check-in times" vary depending on the selected lodging option. On the website, under each individual lodging option, the check-in time will be listed up until the Kronborg Cup. For all school stays, check-in is on Friday starting at 12:00 p.m.
What is the latest arrival time on Friday?
Opening Event: The latest arrival time on Friday is 8:00 p.m., when food orders at Værftets Madmarked close. Accommodations: A later arrival time can be arranged, but in that case, meals will not be provided on Friday evening.
Why is a deposit of 1,500 kr. charged for booking accommodations, and when will the deposit be refunded?
Kronborg Cup guests take very good care of the facilities and surroundings. However, we are still required to collect a deposit, as we need to ensure, among other things, that the facilities are left in the same condition and order as when the Kronborg Cup began. The schools are kindly made available by the municipality, and the day after the Kronborg Cup begins, several thousand children will be returning to school; therefore, it is important that the facilities are left exactly as they were when you arrived.
Volunteers at the schools will kindly walk you through the facilities upon arrival and departure. The deposit will be refunded in the weeks following the Kronborg Cup, once the secretariat has taken its well-deserved summer vacation. It is important that you remember to provide your bank information when booking accommodations so that the secretariat can refund the deposit. The teams are responsible for providing this information before the secretariat can refund the deposit.
Do we need to clean the place before we leave on Sunday?
Final cleaning is included in the price of hotel accommodations, Helsingør Ferieby, and Helsingør Vandrerhjem, but we ask that the rooms be left in the same condition and order as upon arrival. Classrooms and gyms at the schools should be tidied up and swept.

We'd like to cheer on our kids and teams—can we book accommodations as spectators through the Kronborg Cup?
Yes. Every year, a great many parents and families come to the Kronborg Cup. We’re delighted that so many people cheer on the teams from the sidelines and create a great atmosphere at the games. That’s why we offer accommodations at special rates for spectators at a number of hotels, so you can follow the team closely throughout the weekend.
