Kronborg Cup has several very good accommodation options according to your wishes and in good quality, as well as full catering from Friday evening to Sunday dinner. Kronborg Cup has the framework ready for your team trip over the weekend.
For Kronborg Cup we offer different types of accommodation for participants and spectators.

Full board for overnight stay
As an overnight guest at one of Kronborg Cup's accommodation facilities (school, hotel, holiday village and hostel), the price includes full board (dinner on Friday, three meals on Saturday (not applicable to Marienlyst Strandhotel) and breakfast and lunch on Sunday). Lunch is served at the venue and other meals at the accommodation.
Booking of accommodation
Booking of accommodation is selected during online registration. If you are a parent or spectator, please email info@kronborgcup.dk to book.
Deposit
A deposit of DKK 1,500 per registration is required when booking accommodation - this applies to all types of accommodation. The deposit will be refunded if the accommodation is returned correctly and in good condition.

Terms of payment and cancellation
Payment deadline for all types of accommodation:
Payment no later than Monday, June 24, 2024.
Cancellation
Cancellation free of charge until July 1, 2024. 50% of accommodation, jersey, bus transportation and meals will be refunded for cancellations after July 1, 2024. If canceled after July 21, 2024, there will be no refund of any kind.
General information about accommodation
In order to give all participants the best possible experience during Kronborg Cup, it is important that you register your information with information about the total number of people per team, information about whether the team itself provides transportation during Kronborg Cup, or wants to buy bus transportation, and information about allergies in relation to the catering.
At least one responsible leader over 18 years old must live with the players.

When does the accommodation open on Friday?
There are different "opening hours" depending on the accommodation option chosen. On the website under each accommodation there will be an arrival time up to Kronborg Cup. For all school accommodations arrival is Friday from 12.00
What is the latest time to arrive on Friday?
Opening event: The latest arrival time on Friday is 20:00, when ordering food at Værftets Madmarked closes.
Place of accommodation: later time can be arranged, but then it will be without catering on Friday evening.
Why is a deposit of DKK 1,500 charged for booking accommodation and when is the deposit refunded?
Kronborg Cup guests take very good care of the premises and surroundings. But we still have to charge a deposit, as we have to ensure that the premises are left in the same condition and order as when Kronborg Cup started. The schools are kindly provided by the municipality and the day after Kronborg Cup several thousand children start school, so it is important that the premises are left as when you arrived. Volunteers at the schools will kindly go through the premises with you on arrival and on departure. Deposits will be refunded in the weeks following the Kronborg Cup, once the Secretariat has had a well-deserved summer break. It is important that you remember to provide bank details when booking accommodation so that the Secretariat can refund the deposit. Teams are responsible for completing this information before the Secretariat can refund the deposit.
Do you have to clean up on Sunday?
Final cleaning is included in the price of hotel accommodation, Helsingør Ferieby and Helsingør Vandrerhjem, but we recommend that the premises are returned in the same condition and order as on arrival. Classrooms and sports halls at schools are tidied and swept.

Yes. Every year many parents and families come to Kronborg Cup. It is with great pleasure that so many follow the teams on the sidelines and create a good atmosphere for the matches. That is why we offer accommodation at favourable rates for spectators at a number of hotels, so it is possible to follow the team closely throughout the weekend.
