For the 2026 Kronborg Cup, children as young as 5–6 years old (born in 2020/2021) will have the opportunity to participate in the tournament. On Friday, August 7, the Kronborg El Cup will be held as an opening tournament in connection with the opening event at Helsingør Kulturhavn.
The matches are played 3-on-3 on a grass field inside an inflatable soccer field, with Kronborg Castle as the backdrop. The Kronborg El Cup is open to everyone, regardless of skill level—there’s room for everyone, and the most important thing is to give brand-new soccer players a really great experience with friends and teammates at the Kronborg El Cup.
There are prizes for all participants.
Meet at Kulturhavnen at 1:45 p.m. – The first matches kick off at 2:00 p.m., and the tournament ends around 5:00 p.m.
The playing time is 2 x 5 minutes. Each team plays 5 games, 3-on-3—for a total of 5 players per team.
Referee: The "home team" must provide a referee/game official.
